1. Participant Information
You agree to provide accurate personal and medical information, including emergency contact details and passport information for travel coordination and safety purposes.
2. Inclusions & Exclusions

- 6 nights accommodation (private room)

- 5 x Morning Embodiment Practices
- 1 in-house massage
- Entry to the Pyramids of Chi LSV activation
- Entry fees to sacred sites throughout Bali
- Countless sessions, ceremonies and experiences throughout
- Professional photos & videography
- Group airport transfers on arrival & departure days
- Transportation to / from all included experiences
Not included
- Flights to and from Bali
- Visa fees
- Travel Insurance
3. Accommodation Options
All places are sold as single occupancy rooms.
If retreat minimums are met, the option of bringing a partner / friend and converting to a shared room will be made available.
A refund of $500 will be made against your initial payment if converting to a shared room
The price of the second ticket will be $2,899
4. Payment Terms
Retreat: $2,899 AUD
Options: Pay in full, 50/50 split (final by May 15th 2026), or Afterpay (4 payments). Custom plans available.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
By participant:
- Before August 30 – 75% refund;
- August 30– September 30 – 50% refund;
- After September 20 – No refund.
By host:
Full refund if cancelled. The host is not responsible for additional expenses.
6. Travel Insurance (Required)
Participants must hold travel insurance for health, trip cancellations, lost/stolen property, and emergencies. Proof may be requested.
7. Health & Medical Consent
You confirm fitness to travel and participate. All medical concerns must be disclosed. The host is not liable for health issues. We will send you a link to a form for you to complete.
8. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
You participate voluntarily and assume all risks. You release the host from liability for injury, illness, or loss during the retreat.
9. Freedom & Flow Clause
There are no mandatory activities. You may follow your own flow and modify your retreat experience.
10. Code of Conduct
Respect others and maintain a safe environment. Disruptive or abusive behaviour may lead to removal without refund.
11. Media Release
Permission is granted to use retreat photos/videos for promotional use, unless stated otherwise in writing.
12. Force Majeure
Host not liable for cancellations or changes due to uncontrollable events (e.g., natural disasters, travel bans). Reasonable rescheduling/refund efforts will be made.
13. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and resolved under Australian consumer law.
14. Acknowledgment
By submitting payment, you agree to all terms and acknowledge the retreat’s spiritual nature.
