Your Journey to Sacred Remembrance
October 27 – November 2, 2025 | Ubud, Bali
1. Participant Information
You agree to provide accurate personal and medical information, including emergency contact details and passport information for travel coordination and safety purposes.
2. Inclusions & Exclusions
Included: 6 nights’ accommodation, daily breakfast, 1 evening meal, 3 optional yoga sessions, 1 massage, Pyramids of Chi entry, sacred site visits, ceremonies, sound healing, airport transport, photography.
Not included: Flights, insurance, extra meals, personal expenses, and additional services.
3. Accommodation Options
Shared twin room or private room (+$500 AUD). 10% discount for friend/loved one. Preferences confirmed upon booking, subject to availability.
4. Payment Terms
Retreat: $1,700 AUD | Private room add-on: $500 AUD | Friend discount: 10%.
Options: Pay in full, 50/50 split (final by Oct 1), or Afterpay (4 payments). Custom plans available.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
By participant: Before Aug 1 – 75% refund; Aug 1–Sept 30 – 50% refund; After Oct 1 – No refund.
By host: Full refund if cancelled. Host not responsible for additional expenses.
6. Travel Insurance (Required)
Participants must hold travel insurance for health, trip cancellations, lost/stolen property, and emergencies. Proof may be requested.
7. Health & Medical Consent
You confirm fitness to travel and participate. All medical concerns must be disclosed. The host is not liable for health issues.
8. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
You participate voluntarily and assume all risks. You release the host from liability for injury, illness, or loss during the retreat.
9. Freedom & Flow Clause
There are no mandatory activities. You may follow your own flow and modify your retreat experience.
10. Code of Conduct
Respect others and maintain a safe environment. Disruptive or abusive behaviour may lead to removal without refund.
11. Media Release
Permission is granted to use retreat photos/videos for promotional use, unless stated otherwise in writing.
12. Force Majeure
Host not liable for cancellations or changes due to uncontrollable events (e.g., natural disasters, travel bans). Reasonable rescheduling/refund efforts will be made.
13. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and resolved under Australian consumer law.
14. Acknowledgment
By submitting payment, you agree to all terms and acknowledge the retreat’s spiritual nature.
